- NETPark Net TV - This online TV facility provides the NETPark Net community with a store of videos including lessons from global business leaders. NETPark Net TV will be used in the future as a learning tool that will include access to live seminars, conferences, workshops and training opportunities via online broadcast direct to your PC or laptop. This means your company can access relevant training and events without the cost and inconvenience of travel - saving you time and resource.
- RSS Feeds (coming soon) - this will allow you to keep up to date with any changes to NETPark Net in the zones to which you have subscribed. This means your business will have the latest news, tender opportunities and events at the touch of a button without having to trawl the internet.
- Newsletters - Newsletters are a key part of the NETPark Net service, ensuring all NETPark tenants and NETPark Net users are aware of the latest news. This could include updates on technologies, featured opportunities, and new services offered to the NETPark Net community. The newsletters are also a chance for you to feedback to the community any relevant news on innovation or research and development projects that are taking place at your company. This could include the introduction of new products or services.
- Library Directory - NETPark Net offers a library of relevant publications and houses video and audio podcasts. It is a valuable resource for companies keen to expand their learning and understanding of a range of industries and market sectors. To promote best practice, NETPark Net users are able to use the My Publisher feature to upload content such as PDFs and videos into the library, giving you the ability to share your expertise and knowledge with the community.
- News Directory - The news directory is populated on a daily basis with relevant news and publications from a variety of worldwide sources. This includes regional, national and international press as well as news published from MIT, Scientific American and New Scientist.
NETPark Net personalises content to user needs, so you can select the types of articles that are relevant to your organisation's market sector. NETPark Net users can also share relevant news articles with the community by submitting web links or stories through the My Publisher function.
- Events Directory - the events directory is updated on a daily basis with details of regional, national and international events that are relevant to the technology, engineering and science sectors. Events range from industry-wide conferences to small seminars and workshops covering specific topics in greater focus.
NETPark Net also organises a programme of specialist events with leading experts to address some of the key issues facing knowledge-based businesses. These are delivered through workshops and a programme of one-to-one clinics where partners will be available to NETPark Net on a drop-in basis; a selection of audio conferences and webinars; and technology expert panel debates.
- My Publisher allows NETPark Net users to publish details of any events and seminars they may be hosting or alternatively promote any events they feel would be of interest to community users.

The ERDF programme is bringing over £250m into the North East to support innovation, enterprise and business support across the region.
