Description: Free Design Clinic with Northumbria University –
This clinic will consist of bookable one-to-one sessions with Bruce Watson, an expert in the field of design and the impact this can have on bottom line results. These sessions are confidential and free of charge to NETPark Net members.
Bruce has been involved in the successful development and launch of over 20 products into the consumer and medical market, with client such as NCR, Medtronic, Draeger Safety and Electrolux and has been actively engaged in the identification, developement and protection of intellectual property for industry clients and the NHS.
Bruce is currently the Enterprise Business Manager for the School of Design at Northumbria University working within the Centre for Design Research and manages a number of service portfolios including a £1.6m Healthcare Product and Service development programme.
He is also a Design Associate for the Design Council working on the Designing Demand programme.
