John Hildreth - Business Development Executive for County Durham Development Company (CDDC), the business support arm of Durham County Council
Joining the team as Business Development Executive in September 2008, John's role focuses on the promotion of one of the UK's fastest growing science parks, the North East Technology Park (NETPark - www.northeasttechnologypark.com) located in Sedgefield, County Durham.
John's other focus is the development of an online community for science, technology and engineering companies - NETPark Net (www.uknetpark.net) which is a virtual business support environment to assist innovative companies in developing new products, services and technologies. At present, the community is made up of about 200 companies looking to access specialist skills, support and research to develop their business. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience of working for large multinationals such as Sage Software and more recently assisting with the start up of a successful North East design company
