Margaret has held a number of senior roles in the school improvement service of a large Local Authority and has significant experience in the conceptualisation, design, development and evaluation of large scale school-based projects. In 2006, Margaret was promoted to the post of Local Authority 14-19 Partnership Director. In this role, she led a vast range of initiatives across school, further education college and independent private provider collaborative groups. In the last three years, Margaret led the production of a range of tenders and funding applications. These include a £1.6m European Social Fund project to support vulnerable groups, a £3.6m Department for Education manufacturing centre capital bid and a £1m applied learning capital project.
