We expect most enquiries can be resolved within a week, although where they are complex and are likely to take longer ...we'll let you know. This is rare but does occur, for example when sourcing third party reports, intelligence or tacit knowledge/responses. If you need information for a meeting or presentation just let us know and it will be with you prior to this.
