Satellier Inc, the global leader in workshare solutions and pioneer in Building Information Modelling (BIM) services for the architecture, engineering, construction and building owner industry, has opened an office in London to serve the UK market.

Satellier brings global best-practice in workshare to UK practices, including advanced BIM workshare service, design management services for UK practices active in India, and upcoming technology-driven collaboration environments.

Mikele Brack has joined Satellier from Atlas Industries as executive vice-president and will lead the London office and European business development efforts.

Mikele led business development at Atlas, a service provider to UK architectural firms, for four years and is a graduate of the Sloan Masters programme at London Business School.

CEO Michael Jansen said: "We have been working with leading UK-based architecture and engineering practices for the last three years, and this was a natural move.

"UK firms are expanding globally at a brisk pace and are very active in areas where we have large concentrations of work, including the UK itself, the Middle East, India and Eastern Europe."
