NETComms Instant Messenger
NETComms is a comprehensive communications system for all your business needs. It is the online collaboration space for NETPark Net members and has a number of features which are explained below.
Have an Instant Message chat with one of your Buddies anytime.
You must have the latest flash player installed on your computer in order to view, click here to download
The Buddies list is where you can manage your contacts and can see if they are online or offline. To Add a Buddy press the green plus button and type in the details of the Buddy, as shown below;
You can delete a Buddy by pressing the red cross button, as shown below;
To start an Instant Message with a Buddy, either double click the name or highlight the name in the Buddy list and press the speech bubble button, as shown below;
And start chatting online with your Buddies;
You can also start a VOIP call with your Buddies by highlighting and selecting a Buddy and then click the telephone button, the VOIP Dialer will start automatically and call your Buddy, as shown below;
You can also email your Buddies instantly;
Another way to add Buddies is through the website Business Directory page (you must be logged in). Once you are logged in, you can browse through the website directory and a button will appear on all company entries. Pressing this button will send a Buddy request to the user via email.Once the other member accepts your request, they will be automatically added to your Buddy list;
