NETComms VOIP
NETComms is a comprehensive communications system for all your business needs. It is the online collaboration space for NETPark Net members and has a number of features which are explained below.

To start a VOIP application, you will need to have the following hardware; a mic - external or internal; headphones or built in speakers. You will also need to check your firewall settings, in particular the media ports - TCP and UDP.
To start a VOIP call, click on the 'Dialer' button found near the top right hand corner of the page, as shown below.
Then, you must select who you wish to call - you can do this via the address book, as shown below.
Alternatively, you can type the SIP contact directly, try cddc@uknetpark.net
Once you have placed your contact in the box, press the handset icon with the green arrow pointing up, as shown below.
You are now ready to begin your conversation. Another feature of NETComms is 'Conference'; members can set up a conference call by clicking on the 'Telephony' tab found on the left of the screen.
Then select Conference button;
And the centre section should now display;
To start the conference, press the 'Start Conference' button and add recipients as shown previously.

The ERDF programme is bringing over £250m into the North East to support innovation, enterprise and business support across the region.
